Two-shot molding mainly uses two barrels of a two-shot molding machine and two sets of molds to form two-shot products in sequence.
Work steps:
1. A raw material is injected into the A material tube once and molded into a single shot product A.
2. After periodic mold opening, product A is left in the male mold, and the forming motorized template rotates to B for mold closing.
3. The B raw material is injected into the B material tube twice to form a double-shot finished product, and the mold is opened and ejected.
